Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Service provides a user interface for creating and configuring SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain.

• The Service is non-custodial and does not hold or store user funds.
• All blockchain transactions are executed directly from the user's wallet.
• The Service does not control private keys, wallets, or blockchain assets.

2. No Investment or Professional Advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any tokens created using the Service may have no value, and users assume full responsibility for all decisions and actions.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any tokens they create, including legality, distribution, marketing, disclosures, and compliance with applicable laws.

• Token design, claims, and communications.
• Any fraud, deception, or misleading conduct related to created tokens.
• Compliance with consumer, securities, sanctions, AML, and tax requirements.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Scam tokens, fraudulent schemes, rug pulls, or deceptive fundraising.
• Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated pump-and-dump activity.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
• Violations of securities, commodities, or other financial laws.
• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, tokens, profits, revenues, opportunities, goodwill, or data.

7. Blockchain and Smart Contract Risk

You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including software bugs, smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, chain reorganizations, validator failures, congestion, and network outages.

8. Wallets and Transactions

• You sign and authorize all blockchain transactions directly from your wallet.
• The Service does not execute transactions on your behalf as a custodian.
• Transactions are generally irreversible and cannot be canceled by the Service.
• You are solely responsible for wallet security, seed phrases, and private keys.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.

10. Regulatory Compliance and Restricted Regions

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• You must not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions, embargoes, or export restrictions.
• Access may be restricted or blocked in certain jurisdictions, including sanctioned regions and other high-risk locations.
• If required by law or policy, access may be restricted in additional regions, including the United States.

11. Intellectual Property

The software, user interface, branding, and related content of the Service are owned by the Service operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
